A2Z Floors Delivery and Returns Policy

Please Note :  Shipping cost is an estimate based on weight, cost may vary on large or unusual package dimensions.Standard Delivery Charge:

  • A flat fee of £9.99 is applied to all orders under £199, applicable to deliveries across the UK.
Free Delivery:
  • Orders totaling £199 or more qualify for free delivery within the UK.
Delivery Time:
  • Standard delivery typically takes between 3-5 working days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of stock.
Delivery Process:
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your delivery.
Returns Period:
  • We accept returns within 28 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
Return Process:
  1. Contact our customer service team at 03316 300 250 or info@a2zfloors.co.uk within 28 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Return Options:
  • Self-Return: You can choose to return the item(s) to our designated returns address at your own cost.
  • Pickup Service: For your convenience, we can arrange to pick up the return from your address for a small charge. Contact our customer service team to schedule a pickup.
Refunds:
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom or special-order items. Please contact our customer service team for more information on non-returnable products.
Damaged or Defective Items:
